William Carey Residence Hall Phases 1 & 2

Starting in October 2012, Phase 1 of the project was the construction of a 22,800 sqft 3-story new dormitory for William Carey University in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. This was a fast track project with completion being required before students arrived at the beginning of August 2013.  We completed the project on July 31, 2013, only 10 months after the notice to proceed was issued.  Phase 2 of the project added another 3-story 22,800 sqft wing to the dormitory complex.  Again, construction on this phase began in November 2014 and was completed on July 26, 2015.  

Jones County Junior College Jasper County Workforce Training Center

Completed in December of 2014, the project consisted of 3 buildings for educational training. The buildings totaled 30,000 sqft. and included a conference room/auditorium building, a classroom building, and a machine/welding shop building.

 

Jones County Junior College McClellan Hall

In August of 2015 we completed the McClellan Hall Renovation for the Mississippi Bureau of Buildings and Jones County Junior College. The project consisted of demolishing 11,900 sqft of existing space and installing new interior finishes, mechanical and electrical systems.  The building was converted from classroom space to office and studio space for the College. 

Camp Shelby Water Supply/Potable Treatment Facility

In August 2014 we were awarded the project to install a new well, treatment facility and water tower for Camp Shelby Joint Forces Training Center. Included in the project is a 300,000 gallon elevated tank, 1,200 foot deep water well, and a 608 sqft. clearwell treatment facility. Anticipated completion is currently in the first quarter of 2017.
